Next day flower delivery is available 7 days a week for orders placed order before 10pm* Monday – Friday, 5pm on Saturday for Sunday delivery and 2pm* Sunday for Monday delivery.
Please note, if our courier is unable to make the flower delivery to the recipient, a message card will be posted, including delivery rescheduling details.
We cannot always guarantee a specific delivery date. However, we always do everything in our power to make the delivery on the selected date by ensuring that all flowers are sent by using a 24-hour delivery service the day before the selected date. Should your flowers not be delivered on the specified date we cannot offer any refund.
Flower deliveries are made 7 days a week except for bank holidays. Any orders that are scheduled to be delivered on a bank holiday may be delivered the following working day unless stated otherwise.
Next day deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and DPD. Sunday deliveries are sent via DPD.
For hospital and university deliveries, kindly include as much detail as possible regarding the address where the delivery is to be made to. For example, helpful information includes the floor number and department name. In some instances, beyond our control, the delivery might be made to somebody other than the recipient (i.e. the receptionist). Hospital deliveries can prove difficult since patients are often moved to different wards. For this reason, we are not able to guarantee successful delivery, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
We kindly request that the sender ensures that the recipient is available to accept the delivery on the selected date. Please make sure that all the delivery details entered are accurate. If you are not sure about the recipient's postal code, feel free to contact us, and we will be more than happy to assist. Please note, we are not liable for any additional delivery costs that result from failed delivery attempts. Should the incorrect or incomplete delivery details be provided or if the delivery is refused, we reserve the right to charge the value in full to resend the order. Once the delivery has been dispatched, we are not able to amend the delivery details. Our courier delivered flowers can be delivered until 10 pm on the selected delivery date. Kindly note that some areas of the UK require an additional day for transit although this is rare. If this is the case, we are unable to offer refunds. Please keep in mind that the distance selling regulation is not applicable to plants and flowers due to the nature of perishables.
