  • Next Day Flower Delivery is available 7 days a week when the order is placed before 10pm* or 5pm on Saturday for Sunday delivery and *2pm Sunday for Monday delivery- £2.95
  • Saturday flower delivery - £2.95
  • Premium Sunday flower delivery - £5.95
  • Free delivery is available for products ordered before 7pm for next day delivery
If our courier is unable to make the flower delivery to the recipient, a message card including delivery rescheduling details. Next day deliveries are made via courier, and we are able to accommodate such deliveries from Monday to Sunday. Important Flower Delivery Details: We cannot always guarantee a specific delivery date. However, we always do everything in our power to make the delivery on the selected date by ensuring that all flowers are sent by using a 24-hour delivery service the day before the selected date. Should your flowers not be delivered on the specified date we cannot offer any refund. For exceptions, please refer to our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Flower deliveries are made 7 days a week except for bank holidays. Any orders that are scheduled to be delivered on a bank holiday may be delivered the following working day unless stated otherwise. Next day deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, DX and DPD. Sunday deliveries are sent via DPD. Larger gift and hamper deliveries may require an additional working day for delivery. For more information regarding deliveries, please refer to our Terms and Conditions Section 3 – Deliveries. Hampers & Gifts Delivery Deliveries throughout the UK is £2.95 per item. Next day gift delivery is available for most products. International clients are requested to contact us regarding delivery charges. We are able to deliver to most countries. Hospital & University Deliveries Kindly include as much detail regarding the address as possible when the delivery is to be made to a hospital or university. For example, helpful information includes the floor number and department name. In some instances, beyond our control, the delivery might be made to somebody other than the recipient (i.e. the receptionist). Our florists always do everything possible to ensure that the delivery is made to the recipient. Hospital deliveries can prove difficult since patients are often moved to different wards. For this reason, we are not able to guarantee successful delivery, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Extra Delivery Information We kindly request that the sender ensures that the recipient is available to accept the delivery on the selected date. Please, make sure that all the delivery details entered are accurate. If you are not sure about the recipient's postal code, feel free to contact us, and we will be more than happy to assist. Please, note that we are not liable for any additional delivery costs that result from failed delivery attempts. Should the incorrect or incomplete delivery details be provided or if the delivery is refused, we reserve the right to charge the value in full to resend the order. Once the delivery has been dispatched, we are not able to amend the delivery details. Our courier delivered flowers can be delivered until 10pm on the selected date. Kindly note that some areas of the UK require an additional day for transit although this is rare. If this is the case, we are unable to offer refunds. Please keep in mind that the distance selling regulation is not applicable to plants and flowers due to the nature of perishables. It does, however, apply to other gifts that we sell.
