Update on my previous review. Since customer service has again been in touch with me, they have sent my friend another bouquet of flowers, which she is absolutely delighted with them. Thank you 🙂

1st time using the company, and so pleased arrived when stated I paid doe tracking which was worth it as I was sending to family member across water so tracking was ideal for me. Flowers were lovely and bonus as little Charlie bear came with them .which was beautiful as person I purchased for had lost a baby called Charlie so these bouquet were differently meant for her defo will purchase again well done

This is the first time that I have had ordered flowers from 123. I am very pleased with them. They arrived in a lovely bouquet & look pretty arranged in the vase.

Having sent a bouquet to a friend and been disappointed about the delivery time and the size, I made a complaint to 123 and left a review. Chloe was very quick to get back to me. She apologised and offered a new bouquet at my convenient date. I arranged a different type of bouquet in the same price range, to be delivered and - it arrived on the due date at a reasonable time and is beautiful. A week later, she is still enjoying the flowers and we are both happy! Well done 123 for sorting the problem! I will definitely give you another chance. I would recommend that you check the size of your bouquets in relation to pictures shown.
