Belfast was in full bloom this week as we celebrated one of our most valued customer communities with a spectacular floral-themed sightseeing bus tour and a giveaway of thousands of free flowers.

On Monday 20th July, a specially wrapped open-top sightseeing bus took to the streets of Belfast, spreading a little colour and seasonal blooms across the city.

As our second largest customer base in the UK and our fastest-growing market, Belfast has played a huge part in the continued success of 123 Flowers. Over the past year, we’ve
delivered nearly 70,000 orders across Northern Ireland, with 21% of those deliveries made in Belfast alone. Supported by our free next-day flower delivery service on every bouquet and
arrangement, we’ve been proud to help customers celebrate life’s special moments throughout the region.

To thank the people who have supported our growth, we wanted to create an experience that reflected what 123 Flowers is all about sharing joy through beautiful blooms. The result was
a floral celebration featuring thousands of free flowers and a sightseeing bus that was impossible to miss.

Between 11am and 3pm, our beautifully branded open-top bus operated as the Belfast City 48-Hour Hop-on Hop-off Tour, travelled past some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, including, Belfast City Hall, Cathedral Quarter, Peace Wall, Albert Memorial Clock and Titanic Waterfront.

Passengers enjoyed an array of floral surprises and exclusive giveaways throughout the journey, creating a memorable sightseeing experience while adding a burst of floral colour and seasonal blooms to the streets of Belfast.

As the bus tour ended, the celebrations continued from 3pm in the city’s famous Titanic Quarter, where members of the public were invited to collect complimentary flower bouquets and limited-edition 123 Flowers tote bags. Thousands of bouquets were handed our bringing smiles to Belfastians tourists, and flower lovers alike.

The activation was delivered in partnership with Outdoor Platform, transforming one of Belfast’s iconic open-top sightseeing buses into a moving celebration that travelled through the city’s busiest streets and attractions.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us throughout the day, collected a bouquet or waved as the floral bus passed by. We loved bringing Belfast into bloom and look forward to creating more memorable moments for our customers across the UK.
